At Albo Plumbing & Heating Ltd, we aim to provide clear and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our service rates are explained at the time of booking so customers understand the expected costs before work begins.
All labour is charged according to the hourly rate structure shown below, with a minimum one-hour charge for all service visits.
Additional time is charged in 30-minute intervals depending on the type of service. For larger works or installations, we are happy to provide a fixed quotation following inspection.
For projects expected to take most of the day, we may recommend a day rate starting from £480 Inc VAT, which can often provide better value than hourly billing.

Heavy drainage blockages affecting internal or external drains may require specialist equipment.
Drain / Manhole Blockage Clearance
From £300 Inc VAT first hour
Specialist equipment may include:
• high-pressure drain jetting
• mechanical rodding equipment
• CCTV drain inspection cameras
Blockage Service Scope
Domestic blockage rates apply to internal plumbing blockages, including:
• Sinks
• Baths and showers
• Internal waste pipework
• Toilets
If the blockage is located in the external drainage system, underground pipework, or manholes, a drainage specialist service may be required.

- Any parking, congestion, tunnel, or bridge charges incurred while attending the property will be chargeable.

- All work is carried out in accordance with Gas Safe and Building Regulations where applicable.
